Port Place Shopping Centre is conveniently located near the Hullo Passenger Ferry terminal and ferry services to Gabriola Island and Protection Island. Parking is reserved for customers and visitors to the Centre. Long-term parking is not generally permitted; however, designated long-term parking permits are available for Gabriola Island and Protection Island residents through the Robbins Parking website.

Via Transit

A bus stop is located on-site along Front Street, and the Downtown Nanaimo Exchange is situated directly adjacent to the Centre, providing connections throughout Nanaimo and the surrounding region.
